How the brand flows everywhere
Where the brand profile shows up across Designer, Image Studio, and (in v1.1) doc editor and email.
Designer
When you open a design, the brand panel at the top of the chat shows a read-only summary of the org brand: name, palette swatches, font families, voice tags. Click a swatch to copy its hex. The agent reads the full brand context on every turn — palette by role, typography stacks, voice tone, guidelines as hard constraints.
If no brand profile exists yet, the panel prompts admins to set one up at /admin/brand.
Image Studio
Every canvas has a Brand: on / off toggle in the prompt bar. When on, generations pick up the brand's palette + voice + guidelines as a prompt suffix automatically. Hover the chip to see what brand is being applied. Toggle off for off-brand work (an off-brand campaign, a one-off creative exploration).
Switching brand on or off only affects new generations — old ones in the lineage keep the prompt they were generated with.
Image Studio → Brand hand-off
From any Image Studio canvas, Insert into… → Brand adds the image's signed URL to your brand profile's imagery references. Useful for promoting a generated logo or hero image into the brand.
Doc editor and email (v1.1)
In v1.1, the doc editor pulls default heading and body fonts from the brand profile, and accent colors are anchored to the brand palette. Outbound email templates and agent-drafted messages also read the brand identity and voice. v1 ships the data model and read API; v1.1 lights up these surfaces.
