Brand profile
One canonical brand identity per org — logos, palette, fonts, voice, guidelines, audience — that flows into every content surface.
Your brand profile is the single source of truth for how the org looks and sounds. Designer reads it for every page. Image Studio reads it to keep generations on-palette. Outbound copy reads it for voice. Doc editor reads it for default styles. (v1.1 wires the doc editor + email consumers.)
There is one brand profile per organization. Admins manage it at /admin/brand. Members can view it read-only at the same URL.
What's in a brand profile
- Identity — name, tagline, one-liner.
- Logos — primary, dark, light, icon, wordmark variants. Each surface picks the right one by role.
- Palette — colors with semantic roles (primary, background, accent, …) so agents apply the right color for the right job.
- Typography — display / body / mono families with optional fallback stacks and weights.
- Voice — tone description, tags, example copy.
- Imagery — reference URLs and mood-board files.
- Guidelines — hard rules and usage notes (markdown allowed). Agents treat these as constraints.
- Context — industry and audience, used to tune copy.
Who can edit it
Only org admins. Members see the same form read-only with a "View only" notice.
