Managing Connections
Keep connectors healthy — reconnect expired links and disconnect apps you no longer use.
The Connected section of the Integrations page is where you keep your links in good shape. Like connecting, managing connections is an admin action.
Connection status
Each connected app shows its current state:
- Active — the connection is healthy and ready to use.
- Expired — the authorization lapsed and needs renewing.
- Revoked — access was withdrawn (often from the external app's side) and needs reconnecting.
When a connection is expired or revoked, anything that depends on it — assistant actions, agent skills, and triggers — stops working until you reconnect.
Reconnecting
If a connection has expired or been revoked, click Reconnect on its card. As with the first connection, the app's authorization page opens in a new tab; sign in again, then return to Opisense. The status flips back to Active once the new authorization is in place.
Disconnecting
To remove a connection, click Disconnect and confirm. This unlinks the app from your workspace.
Disconnecting an app immediately removes the capabilities that depend on it. Any triggers tied to that app stop firing, and skills that rely on it can no longer act. Reconnecting later restores access.
