Integrations Troubleshooting

Fix common problems connecting apps, keeping connections healthy, and running triggers.

If a connector or trigger isn't behaving, work through these first.

I can't connect or disconnect anything

Connecting and disconnecting apps is admin-only. If the Connect buttons aren't there and you see a note about administrators managing connectors, ask a workspace admin to make the change.

Nothing happens when I click Connect

Authorization opens in a new browser tab. The most common cause is a blocked pop-up — allow pop-ups for Opisense and click Connect again. After you approve access in the new tab, return to the Opisense tab; the connection appears on its own when the page regains focus.

A connected app stopped working

Check its status in Connected:

  • Expired or Revoked — click Reconnect and sign in again. See Managing connections.
  • Still Active but not working — the issue may be with the skill that uses it rather than the connection itself.

A trigger isn't firing

  • Is it Active? A Paused trigger ignores events until you resume it.
  • Is it in an Error state? This usually means the app's connection lapsed — reconnect the app.
  • Is the app still connected? Disconnecting an app stops its triggers. Reconnect to restore them.

I don't see the Triggers tab

Triggers are early access — invite-only and feature-flagged. If the tab isn't there, it hasn't been enabled for your workspace yet. Reach out through Help if you'd like access.

No triggers are available

Available triggers come from your connected apps. If the list is empty, either no apps are connected yet, or every trigger for your connected apps is already active. Connect an app to see more.

Still stuck?

Visit Help to contact support. Include the app name, the connection's status, and — for trigger issues — which agent is assigned and what you expected to happen.
