Submitting Feedback
Send a bug report, feature request, or improvement — with optional attachments and automatic diagnostics.
Sending feedback takes a moment and gives the team everything they need to act on it.
Open the form
Click Send feedback to open the submission dialog.
Pick a type. Choose Bug Report, Feature Request, Improvement, or Other so your submission is routed correctly.
Write a title. A short, specific summary (a few words to a sentence).
Describe it. Explain what you were trying to do, what happened, and — for bugs — what you expected instead. The more concrete, the faster it gets resolved.
Attach files (optional). Add screenshots, a PDF, a short screen recording, or a text file to illustrate the point.
Submit. Your feedback becomes a tracked item you can follow on the Feedback page.
Attachments
You can attach up to 5 files, each up to 25 MB. Supported types include:
- Images — PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF
- Documents — PDF, plain text
- Video — MP4, WebM
Files outside these limits are rejected before the form submits, with a note telling you why.
Automatic diagnostics
To save you from describing your setup, Opisense attaches a little context automatically — things like the page you were on, your browser, the app version, and your organization. This helps the team reproduce bugs without a back-and-forth.
Writing a good bug report? Include the steps to reproduce it, what you expected, and what actually happened — plus a screenshot if you can. That trio resolves most issues fastest.
