Tracking Feedback

Follow the status of your submissions, reply in the thread, and reopen items that were closed too soon.

Every submission lands on the Feedback page, where you can watch it move from new to resolved and stay in the conversation along the way.

The feedback list

The list shows everything you've submitted. Each row carries:

  • Type — a color-coded icon for bug, feature, improvement, or other.
  • Status — where the item stands (see below).
  • Unread replies — a count when the team has responded since you last looked.
  • Last activity — when the item was most recently updated.

Click any row to open its detail view.

Status

Submissions move through a few states:

  • New — received, not yet triaged.
  • Reviewing — the team is looking into it.
  • Resolved — addressed.
  • Dismissed — closed without a change (for example, a duplicate or out of scope).

The conversation

Opening an item shows the original report, any files you attached, and the full thread between you and the team. You can post a reply at any time to add detail, answer a question, or share that something changed.

Reopening

If an item was marked Resolved or Dismissed but the problem isn't actually fixed, you can reopen it from the detail view. That puts it back in front of the team with your latest comment attached.

Notifications about replies also surface in your Inbox, so you don't have to keep checking the Feedback page to know when the team responds.
