Feedback
Report bugs, request features, and suggest improvements — then track each submission and reply directly to the team.
Feedback is your direct line to the people building Opisense. Report a bug, ask for a feature, or suggest an improvement, and every submission becomes a tracked item you can follow and reply to until it's resolved.
Feedback is a private conversation between you and the team — it isn't a public roadmap or a voting board. For other ways to reach support (email, phone, live chat), see Help.
What you can send
Each submission has a type so the team knows how to route it:
- Bug report — something is broken or not working as expected.
- Feature request — a new capability you'd like to see.
- Improvement — a tweak to something that already exists.
- Other — anything that doesn't fit the above.
You can attach files (screenshots, PDFs, short screen recordings) to make your point clearer, and Opisense automatically includes a bit of diagnostic context so the team can reproduce issues faster.
Tracking your submissions
The Feedback page lists everything you've sent, each with a status badge so you can see where it stands at a glance. Open any item to read the full thread, post replies, and follow updates as the team responds.
