Browsing Skills
Discover available skills for your AI assistant and agents — filter by scope, category, and more.
The skills library is where you find all the capabilities available to your AI. Whether you're looking for something specific or just exploring what's possible, the library makes it easy to find the right skill.
Opening the skills library
Navigate to Skills in the sidebar. You'll see a grid of available skills with their names, descriptions, and categories. Each skill card gives you a quick overview of what it does.
Filtering skills
With a growing library, filters help you find exactly what you need.
By scope
Scope tells you who has access to a skill:
- Common — Built-in skills that every assistant and agent can use
- Organization — Skills your team has created and shared across your workspace
- Agent — Skills built for a specific agent (you'll see which agent it belongs to)
By category
Skills are grouped into categories based on their purpose:
- Engineering — Code analysis, documentation generation, technical review
- Support — Ticket handling, FAQ responses, escalation workflows
- Sales — Lead qualification, proposal drafting, CRM integration
- Marketing — Content creation, campaign analysis, social media
- Operations — Process automation, reporting, data management
- And more as your team creates custom skills
Viewing skill details
Click on any skill card to see its full details — including the description, instructions, which agents are using it, and its current status (enabled or disabled). From here, you can also edit, copy, or assign the skill to an agent.
If you don't see a skill that fits your needs, you can create your own. Head to Creating Skills to get started.
