Getting Started

Download the Opisense mobile app, sign in to your workspace, and set up push notifications.

Getting started with the Opisense mobile app takes just a few minutes. Here's how to get up and running.

Download the app

The Opisense mobile app is available on both platforms:

  • iOS — Download from the App Store
  • Android — Download from Google Play

Sign in

Open the app

Launch Opisense after installation. You'll see the welcome screen.

Sign in with your account

Tap Sign In and enter your email and password. If your workspace uses single sign-on, you'll be redirected to your identity provider.

Select your workspace

If you belong to multiple workspaces, choose the one you want to access. You can switch workspaces later from the sidebar menu.

Set up push notifications

Push notifications keep you informed when something important happens — a task completes, someone mentions you, or a calendar event is coming up.

When you first sign in, the app will ask for notification permissions. Tap Allow to enable push notifications. If you skip this step, you can enable them later from your device's settings.

The mobile app uses a drawer navigation — swipe from the left edge or tap the menu icon to access:

  • Assistant — Your AI chat
  • Conversations — Chat history
  • Notifications — Notification center
  • Calendar — Events and scheduling
  • Documents — Your document library
  • Projects — Project management
  • Knowledge Base — Search and chat with your knowledge base
