Notifications
Set up push notifications and manage your notification center in the Opisense mobile app.
The Opisense mobile app keeps you informed with both push notifications and an in-app notification center. Never miss an important update, even when the app is closed.
Push notifications
Push notifications appear on your device's lock screen and notification shade. They cover key events like:
- Task completions — When an automated task finishes running
- Mentions — When someone mentions you in a comment or message
- Calendar reminders — Upcoming events and meetings
- Agent updates — Status changes for your agents
To enable push notifications, allow notification permissions when prompted during setup. You can adjust permissions later in your device's Settings > Opisense.
In-app notification center
Tap Notifications in the navigation drawer to see all your notifications in one place. Each notification shows what happened, when, and who was involved.
Tap a notification to navigate directly to the related content — a task, document, event, or conversation.
Managing notifications
- Mark as read — Swipe or tap to dismiss individual notifications
- Clear all — Remove all read notifications from the center
Notification preferences are managed from the web app's notification settings. Changes apply to both mobile and web notifications.
