Inbox Troubleshooting
Fix common issues with missing notifications or inbox overload.
If your inbox isn't behaving the way you expect, here are the most common issues and how to fix them.
Missing notifications
If you're not seeing notifications you expect:
- Check your filters — Make sure you're on the All tab, not Unread or Archived. You might have accidentally archived the notification.
- Review your settings — Go to Settings > Notifications and confirm the relevant notification type is turned on. It's possible you've disabled that category.
- Check quiet hours — If you have quiet hours enabled, notifications still arrive in your inbox but won't send push alerts or emails during that window.
Too many notifications
If you're overwhelmed by the volume:
- Turn off low-priority categories — In your notification settings, disable types that aren't useful to you (like system alerts or status change updates).
- Use the archive — After reading a notification, archive it to keep your inbox clean. Archived items are still searchable if you need them later.
- Set quiet hours — Reduce interruptions during focus time by configuring quiet hours in your notification settings.
If notifications seem delayed or broken, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, reach out to Help & Support.
