Your Inbox is where everything important lands. Notifications about tasks, mentions, meeting updates, and messages from your team all flow into a single stream. Instead of checking multiple places, you just check your inbox.
What shows up in your inbox
The inbox collects notifications from across your workspace:
- Mentions — When someone tags you in a comment, task, or document
- Task updates — Status changes, new assignments, and approaching deadlines
- Meeting invitations — New meetings and schedule changes
- Messages — Direct messages and team chat notifications
- System alerts — Important updates about your workspace or account
How the inbox is organized
Your inbox uses a clean two-panel layout. The left panel shows your notification list, and the right panel shows the full details of whatever you've selected. You can resize these panels to fit your preference.
Notifications are grouped by date, making it easy to see what came in today versus earlier in the week. Unread items are visually highlighted so you can quickly spot what's new.
The inbox updates in real time. New notifications appear instantly — no need to refresh the page.
