Project Activity

Track everything that happens in your project with an automatic activity log.

Every project in Opisense has an Activity tab that shows a running timeline of events. You don't need to ask for status updates or dig through messages — the activity feed captures changes as they happen.

What gets tracked

The activity log records key events automatically:

  • Documents — Created, edited, uploaded, or deleted
  • Settings — Project name, description, or identifier changes
  • Members — People added to or removed from the project
  • AI interactions — When your assistant runs tasks or generates content within the project

Each entry shows who made the change, what they did, and when it happened.

Using the activity feed

Open the Activity tab inside any project to see the full timeline. Recent activity appears at the top, with older entries below. It's a quick way to catch up on what's happened since you last checked.

Your AI assistant can also summarize project activity for you. Try asking "What happened in this project this week?" in a chat.

Filtering activity

For busy projects, you can filter the activity feed to focus on specific types of events. Use the filter controls at the top to narrow down by event type, date range, or team member. This is especially handy when you're looking for a specific change and don't want to scroll through everything.
