Meet the catalog — pick the right agent for the job

Browse your org's ready-made agents and choose the one that fits what you need done.

Open the AgentForce hub, see which agents your org has, and learn how to pick the right one for a task.

Steps

Open the AgentForce hub

Click AgentForce in the sidebar (or go to /agentforce). You'll see a search bar and a card for every agent your org has enabled.

Read what each agent is for

Every org starts with four catalog agents — Customer Support, Sales Assistant, Research Analyst, and Content Creator — plus any custom agents your admins have published. Each card names the role it specializes in.

Match the agent to your task

Pick by the job, not the name: drafting outreach → Sales Assistant; summarizing sources → Research Analyst; writing in your brand voice → Content Creator; resolving a customer issue → Customer Support. For the full breakdown of each agent's strengths and starter prompts, see The catalog.

Open it

Click the agent's card to open its chat at /agentforce/<slug>/chat. A fresh thread is created automatically.

Not sure an existing agent fits? You may not need a custom one. Start with the closest catalog agent — you can always build a specialized agent later.
