Where to find AgentForce usage data — it lives alongside other AI usage in workspace and personal usage settings.
AgentForce usage analytics aren't a per-agent dashboard inside the AgentForce surface yet. Instead, all AI usage — assistant, AgentForce agents, knowledge base chat, designer — flows into the unified Usage views:
- Workspace usage at
/settings/workspace/usage— admins see workspace-wide totals, breakdowns per agent, time-series charts, and CSV export - Personal usage at
/settings/personal/usage— each member sees their own usage
Both pages have an Agent breakdown that shows tokens, cost, and run counts per agent (Customer Support, Sales Assistant, etc.) so you can see which catalog agents are getting the most use.
What's tracked
For each agent run, Opisense records:
- Which agent ran (slug + display name)
- Which user triggered it
- Token counts (input + output)
- Whether the run errored
- Timestamp
For now, run counts and tokens are the headline numbers. Cost in USD ships in a follow-up.
Per-thread analytics
There's no per-thread analytics view. If you need to debug a specific thread, the chat itself shows tool calls and message history.
