Settings
Where AgentForce configuration lives — admin controls and workspace integrations, not per-agent settings panels.
Agent settings aren't a per-agent panel inside AgentForce. The catalog agents are pre-configured, and the few configuration surfaces that do exist live in two places:
Admin → Agents
/admin/agents is where workspace admins enable or disable individual catalog agents.

Settings → Integrations
/settings/integrations is where workspace admins connect external services (HubSpot, Gmail, Google Drive, etc.). Once connected, every catalog agent can call the integration's tools.

Catalog vs. custom — what's configurable
Catalog agents have fixed names, icons, colors, descriptions, and personalities. Admins can override instructions and tools per workspace via Building an agent. Custom agents are fully editable in the same builder.
Per-thread overrides
Members can adjust some things per-thread without changing any settings:
- Pick a different model in the thread's model selector (overrides the workspace default for that thread)
- Give the agent instructions in conversation ("use a more formal tone for this thread")
These don't persist beyond the thread.
