Why this page is short — the catalog effectively replaces templates today.
The 4 catalog agents are the closest thing AgentForce has to templates today — they ship pre-configured and ready to use. For custom agents, there's no template picker yet; the + New agent dialog starts from blank. If your team builds several similar custom agents, an admin can duplicate by hand from the editor.
Templates as a future feature
Templates for custom agents may return as a future feature. For now, the catalog and the + New agent dialog cover the creation paths.
