Troubleshooting

No issues appear but I know work exists

Check project scope. If the URL has ?project=, you only see that project's issues. Remove the parameter or open All issues from the sidebar.

Check My issues. ?assignedToMe=1 limits results to issues assigned to you. Switch to All issues.

Check filters. Active filter chips below the toolbar may exclude everything. Click Reset or remove chips one by one. An empty state offers Clear filters.

Check status filter vs visibility. A status filter removes issues from the data. Status visibility only hides empty lanes — it does not remove issues from other statuses.

I shared a filter link but my teammate sees different results

They may lack access to the project or specific issues. Org membership and project permissions still apply — URLs don't bypass access control.

If the link includes assignedToMe=1, it shows their assigned issues, not yours. Share a link without that param for a shared queue.

Board columns don't match Group by

This is expected. Board always uses status columns. Group by does not change board layout. Use List or Timeline if you want grouping by priority, type, or assignee.

I can't delete a team view

Only the creator or an org admin can delete team views. You can still duplicate any team view into a personal copy and delete your copy.

I need to change a saved view's name or filters

There is no edit UI yet. Workarounds:

1. Apply the view, adjust filters, Save current view… with a new name, delete the old one
2. Duplicate the view, edit the live filters, save again, delete the duplicate source

Reset didn't restore everything

Reset clears filters and sort only. Group by and status visibility are stored separately and persist after reset. Change those manually from the toolbar if needed.

Calendar doesn't show Group by

Calendar hides the Group control by design. Issues appear as individual events on due dates.

Spreadsheet rows aren't grouped

Spreadsheet applies sort but renders a flat table — grouping does not create section headers. Use List for grouped sections.

Status lane won't hide

At least one status must remain visible. You cannot toggle off every lane in Status visibility.

Cycles, Modules, or Pages tabs don't work

Those tabs are placeholders for upcoming features. Use Issues and Views tabs for current functionality.

Issue notifications missing

Confirm the event type (assignment, comment, mention, status change) and that you're a project member or issue participant. See Inbox for notification delivery. Per-type notification preferences are in personal settings.

Filters lost after refresh

Filters should persist in the URL via ?filters=. If you opened Issues without filter params, only in-session filter state applies until the URL syncs. Bookmark or copy the URL after configuring filters for a durable link.
