Library Troubleshooting

Fix common issues with plugins, copied skills, and the Library catalog.

If the Library or a plugin isn't cooperating, start here.

A plugin's skills work but its actions fail

The skills copied in fine, but the plugin's connectors probably aren't linked yet. Reopen the plugin to finish the connectors step, or check the app's status under Integrations. A skill that needs a connector can't act until that app is connected.

I closed the setup wizard halfway

That's fine — setup is resumable. Reopen the plugin and the wizard continues from where you stopped (for example, at the connectors step if the skills were already copied).

I can't copy a skill

Only Built-in and Organization skills can be copied into your private library. Your own Mine skills are already yours to edit, and there's nothing to copy.

My copied skill changed the original (or vice versa)

It shouldn't — copying creates an independent version under Mine. Editing your copy never touches the Built-in or Organization original, and updates to the original don't flow back into your copy. If you want the latest version, copy it again.

I can't create or edit organization plugins/skills

Managing the shared catalog (the Manage area) is an admin capability. If the controls aren't available, ask a workspace admin. See Skills → Troubleshooting for more on skill permissions.
