Meetings
Your AI meeting assistant joins your calls, takes notes, and creates structured summaries — so you can focus on the conversation.
Never miss a detail from a meeting again. When you connect your calendar, Opisense's meeting assistant automatically joins your calls, records everything, and generates a structured document with a full summary, key decisions, action items, and a complete transcript.
What the meeting assistant does
Once your calendar is connected, the meeting assistant works in the background so you can focus on the conversation:
- Auto-joins your meetings — No need to invite it or toggle anything. It shows up to every meeting on your calendar automatically.
- Records and transcribes — Captures audio and produces a full transcript with timestamps, so you have a searchable record of everything said.
- Generates structured notes — After the meeting ends, it creates a document with a summary, key decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks.
- Saves to Your Content — The finished document appears in your personal content library, ready to review, edit, or share.
How it works
Connect your calendar
Head to Settings → Integrations and connect your Google or Outlook calendar. This gives the assistant access to your schedule.
Join your next meeting
That's it — there's no step two on your end. The assistant automatically joins every meeting on your connected calendar. You'll see it appear as a participant when the call starts.
Review your meeting notes
After the meeting ends, the assistant processes the recording and generates a structured document. You'll find it in Your Content, linked to the original calendar event.
Haven't connected your calendar yet? Head to Settings → Integrations to get started. The meeting assistant activates as soon as your calendar is linked.
