Integrations

Connect third-party services to your Opisense workspace and extend what your team and AI agents can do.

Integrations let you connect the tools your team already uses with Opisense. When a service is connected, data can flow between it and your workspace — and your AI agents can interact with it too.

Connect through chat

The easiest way to set up an integration is to ask your assistant directly:

"Connect my Slack workspace to Opisense."

Your assistant will walk you through the authorization steps right in the conversation. This works for connecting, disconnecting, and checking the status of your integrations — no need to navigate to settings.

You can also manage integrations visually under Settings > Integrations.

Available integrations

Opisense supports connections with popular services across several categories:

  • Communication — Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord
  • Productivity — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion
  • Development — GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear
  • Storage — Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive
  • Email — Gmail, Outlook

Each integration has its own setup process, but they all follow the same general pattern.

Connecting a service

To connect an integration:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the service you want and click Connect
  3. Authorize Opisense to access your account (you'll be redirected to the service's login page)
  4. Configure which data to sync and how

Once connected, the integration appears in your active integrations list with its current status.

You only need to authorize each integration once. Opisense securely stores the connection and refreshes it automatically.

Disconnecting a service

If you no longer need an integration, click Disconnect next to it. This revokes Opisense's access to that service immediately. Any data already synced to your workspace remains, but no new data will flow in.

How integrations work with AI

Connected integrations expand what your AI assistant and agents can do. For example:

  • An agent connected to GitHub can monitor pull requests and summarize code changes
  • An agent connected to Slack can post updates to channels or respond to messages
  • Your assistant can pull files from Google Drive when you ask about a document

Each integration grants specific permissions. Review what access you're giving before connecting, especially for services that contain sensitive data.

The AI only accesses integrated services when it's relevant to your request. It won't browse your connected accounts on its own.
