With the assistant
Once a skill is in your Mine tab it's available to invoke in any assistant conversation. The assistant can select it automatically based on your request, or you can reference it explicitly.

With an agent
Skills in Mine can also be assigned to an agent as part of its knowledge and toolset. When you equip an agent with a skill, it can invoke that capability autonomously as part of a longer task.
