Open and browse a space
Find a space, open it, and move between its Home and Browse views.
Beginner · ~5 min · Prerequisites: None
What you'll do
Navigate to a Space from the sidebar or the Content hub, land on its Home page, and switch to Browse to explore its documents.
Steps
Open a Space
In the sidebar, look under Your spaces for the Space you want to open — or go to /content and pick a Space from the grid. Click its name to enter it.
Land on the Home page
Every Space opens to its Home view — a curated landing page the Space's owners maintain. Read it to orient yourself: it often has a summary, links to key documents, and a member list.
Switch to Browse
Click Browse in the Space navigation to see its full folder and document tree. You can expand folders, open documents, and navigate exactly as you would in Your content.
Open a document — or note a 403
Click any document to read it. If the Space is private and you haven't joined it, you'll see a 403. Ask an owner to invite you, or join through the Space discovery page if it's org-visible.
Not sure which Space a document lives in? Use the global search — Space documents are searchable by any member.
