Find your way around the Content group
Learn the three tiers of the Content group so you always know where your documents live.

What you'll do
Open the Content group in the sidebar and learn the difference between your personal library, the Organization space, and your team Spaces.
Steps
Open the Content group
In the sidebar, find the Content group. It holds everything you can read and write, split into three tiers.
Know the three tiers
- Your content — your private personal library at
/your-content. Everything here is yours by default. - Organization — a single built-in Space every member of your org belongs to. Use it for company-wide documents.
- Your spaces — the team Spaces you can see, plus ＋ New space to create one.
Use the Content hub
Open /content for a landing-page view: the Organization card, a grid of your Spaces, recent personal documents, and a button to create a new Space.
Decide where to look
Personal draft? Check Your content. Something your team owns together? Open the relevant Space. Company-wide reference? The Organization space.
Personal and shared content live side by side under one Content group, so you're never more than a click from either.
