AI Permissions
Control who can create and run agents, set approval requirements, and limit execution resources.
AI Permissions give workspace admins control over how agents are created and used across the organization. Set guardrails to manage cost, security, and access.
Access these settings from Settings > AI Configuration > Permissions.
Permission controls
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Who can create agents | Restrict agent creation to admins only, all members, or everyone including guests. |
| Who can run agents | Control which roles can trigger agent executions. |
| Require approval | When enabled, agent executions need admin approval before they run. Useful for high-stakes or costly operations. |
| Max concurrent executions | Limit how many agents can run simultaneously. Prevents resource exhaustion. |
| Daily execution limit | Cap the total number of agent runs per day across the workspace. |
These are workspace-wide defaults. Individual agents can have their own permissions configured from their permissions page.
