Billing
Manage your subscription plan, payment methods, and track usage across your Opisense workspace.
Billing settings give you a clear view of your subscription and how your workspace is using Opisense. You'll find everything under Settings > Billing. Only workspace admins can access billing settings.
Your plan
Opisense offers three plans to fit different needs:
- Free — Great for individuals and small teams getting started. Includes core features with usage limits on AI interactions and storage.
- Pro — Designed for growing teams. Unlocks higher usage limits, advanced AI features, priority support, and more integrations.
- Enterprise — Built for large organizations. Includes unlimited usage, custom contracts, SSO, dedicated support, and advanced security controls.
You can see your current plan at the top of the billing page, along with your billing cycle and next payment date.
Upgrading and downgrading
To change your plan, click Change Plan and select the tier you want. Upgrades take effect immediately — you'll get instant access to the new features, and Opisense prorates the cost for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access to your current plan's features until then, so there's no disruption.
If you're on the Free plan and hitting limits, upgrading to Pro is the fastest way to unlock more capacity. You can always downgrade later if it's not the right fit.
Payment methods
Add or update your payment method from the billing page. Opisense accepts major credit cards and debit cards. You can have multiple payment methods on file and choose which one is your default.
If a payment fails, Opisense will retry a few times and notify you by email. Your workspace stays active during the retry period, so you won't lose access unexpectedly.
Usage analytics
The usage section shows you how your workspace is consuming resources:
- AI interactions — Total messages sent to your assistant and agents
- Storage — How much space your knowledge base documents and files are using
- Agent runs — Number of scheduled agent executions this billing cycle
- API calls — External API usage if you're using your own keys
Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle. Charts show your trends over time so you can spot patterns and plan ahead.
Usage limits
Each plan has defined limits for key resources. When you approach a limit, Opisense will notify you so you can take action — either by optimizing usage or upgrading your plan.
Hitting a hard limit won't delete your data. It pauses certain features (like new AI interactions or agent runs) until your usage resets or you upgrade.
You can view your current usage against your plan's limits in the usage dashboard. If your team consistently hits limits, it might be time to consider the next tier.
