Profile

Update your personal information, avatar, and preferences like timezone, language, and display settings.

Your profile controls how you appear to others in the workspace and how Opisense adapts to your personal preferences. You can update it anytime from Settings > Profile.

Personal information

Here you can edit the basics:

  • Name — The display name your teammates see throughout the workspace. You can use your full name, a nickname, or whatever feels right.
  • Email — Your primary email address, used for sign-in and notifications. Changing your email requires verification of the new address.
  • Avatar — Upload a photo or image to help teammates recognize you. Opisense supports JPG, PNG, and GIF formats up to 5MB.

Your email address is also used for Gravatar. If you don't upload a custom avatar, Opisense will pull your Gravatar image automatically.

Personal preferences

These settings adjust how Opisense looks and behaves for you — they won't affect anyone else in the workspace.

  • Timezone — Set your local timezone so that dates, times, and scheduled tasks display correctly for you. This is especially important if your team spans multiple timezones.
  • Language — Choose your preferred interface language. Opisense will display menus, labels, and system messages in the language you select.
  • Display — Switch between light and dark mode, or let Opisense follow your system preference. You can also adjust density settings for a more compact or spacious layout.

Changing your timezone affects how scheduled tasks and calendar events appear to you. It doesn't change the actual event times for other team members.
