AI Scheduling
Set default scheduling behavior for agent tasks — intervals, timezone, weekend rules, and quiet hours.
AI Scheduling settings define the default behavior for recurring agent tasks. These defaults apply when creating new scheduled tasks — individual tasks can override them.
Access these settings from Settings > AI Configuration > Scheduling.
Scheduling defaults
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Default interval | How often new scheduled tasks run by default — hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. |
| Timezone | The timezone used for all scheduling. All task times are calculated based on this setting. |
| Allow weekend execution | When disabled, scheduled tasks won't run on Saturdays or Sundays. |
| Quiet hours | Block all agent execution during specific hours. Set a start and end time to define the blackout window. |
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are useful for teams that don't want agents running overnight or during off-hours. When quiet hours are active:
- No scheduled tasks will execute during the defined window
- Tasks that would have run during quiet hours execute at the next available window
- Manual agent runs are not affected
Individual agents can have their own scheduling preferences. These workspace-wide settings serve as defaults for new tasks. See Agent Scheduling for per-agent configuration.
