What you'll do
Ask the assistant to create a calendar event or reminder, review what it proposes, and approve it — all without opening the calendar.
The quick way: just ask
"Block 90 minutes Thursday morning for deep work."
The assistant picks a slot in the morning block, shows you an approval card with the exact time and title, and adds it when you click Approve.
Steps
Ask for an event with a time
Type what you want and when you want it — "Schedule a team sync tomorrow at 3pm for an hour" or "Remind me to send the report Friday morning." You don't need a special format; plain language works.
Review the approval card
The assistant shows a card with the event title, date, start time, duration, and any attendees it inferred. Read through the details before committing — nothing is added until you approve.
Approve the event
Click Approve on the card. The event lands on your calendar immediately. If anything looks wrong, reply before approving — "make it 30 minutes" or "move it to 4pm" — and the assistant updates the card.
Reschedule or add details by replying
Stay in the same thread to adjust: "Add a Zoom link", "Invite Mia and Dan", or "Push it to next Tuesday." Each change shows a new approval card so you stay in control.
You can create several events in one message — "Block my morning Monday through Wednesday" — and the assistant will show an approval card for each one.
